GELO, a Built-in gravity dehydration with SELO provides a simple, but effective and
reliable solution for Paper Mill Industry to attain higher sludge cake dryness by
combining gravity dehydration and second Electro-Osmosis dehydration. It significantly
reduces the final sludge cake dryness to or below 40wt% and reduces volume of the
sludge to or less than 40% compared to conventional dehydrator.
GELO provides high through-puts and efficient solids capture. It can be operated continuously
in harsh environments and handle highly abrasive materials with minimal attention
from operators or maintenance staff.
